| About USS Ryustsu Auto Auction (RAA) |

  USS quickly introduced information technology (IT) to such used vehicle auctions, creating a fair and efficient “USS Auto Auction,” which eliminates people’s self-serving traits. Then, we added a “Globe Network” service, which utilize satellites, and an Internet-based “Internet Live” service. Thus, USS provides the largest, convenient used vehicle auction service in Japan, which can be accessed from anywhere in the country.
Outline: USS Auto Auction is the largest used vehicle auction in Japan, with a market share of 30%(for fiscal year ended March 2008 is 34.3%.) or more.

| USS Ryustsu Auto Auction (RAA) through Satellite |

 Connects all the uss auction sites and our 18 affiliate auction sites using a satellite network. In USS Ryustsu Auto Auction (RAA) There are three ways to participate in a USS Auto Auctions: “on-site,” “via satellite” or “over the Internet.” Since members can choose to take part in.

 Uss internet live is a remote bidding system that uses the Internet. Participation in USS Auto Auctions requires membership.

| Condition are Necessary for USS Ryustsu Membership |
- Registration in Japan (corporations)
- You must reside in Japan, have a certified copy of residence and have a seal registration certificate.
- You must have full-time Japanese-speaking staff.
- At least 1 year must have elapsed since the National Public Safety Commission issued you with license to trade used vehicles.
- You must be able to name at least 2 residents of Japan, who own property in Japan, to act as joint surety.

- Certificate of valuation of real estate property for applicant and joint surety
- Copy of license to trade used vehicles issued by the National Public Safety Commission
- Photographs of business establishments, exhibition halls, signs, etc.
- Map of the business establishment site
- 2.5 cm x 3 cm photos of the faces of representatives and auction staff

| After Inspection Approval for Membership of USS Ryustsu |

The following documentation is necessary for RAA’s membership contracts.
- Application certificate for participation contract: 1 copy (Private contracts should be signed by the individual and the joint surety)
- Guarantee: 1 copy (Affix a 200 yen revenue stamp, and put your seal on it)
- For corporations: Certified copy of commercial registration of a company, certificate of impression of corporate seal, seal registration certificate for representative and joint surety: 1 copy each
- For individuals: Seal registration certificate for both the individual and joint surety: 1 copy each
- Application deposit : 100,000 yen (Please wire the money as we cannot accept cash.)
- Make a bank to the account when you receive the contract documents.
After Inspection all necessary documents, we will send the contracts & regulations of USS Ryustsu ’s membership.
